A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
|

Dear Santos Family,
In behalf of the staff and student body of San Jacinto Elementary, I want you to know that we are all deeply saddened by the loss of our precious friend, Faymaree. My words cannot begin to express the feelings that I wish to convey to you for the pain and sorrow that you must feel. As a mother, I can only imagine the depth of your sorrow, but I hope in some small way, our thoughts, prayers, and support will give you comfort through this difficult time.
Although I only knew her a few short months, I feel truly blessed to have been a part of Faymaree's life. Always behaved, sweet, bright, and eager to learn,she was indeed a model student. She was the child that every teacher wanted in their class. She always had a sweet shy smile for me as she left the cafeteria each morning for Mrs. Russell's class. She was kind to her friends and continually willing to help others.
The children have remembered her in such sweet ways and I hope that you feel the love we have for her through the pages of this book. She will be missed by each of us, but please know that she has made an indelible mark on our lives and hearts, and her love will live on forever through the memories we all share.

She was such a joy to have in library class. She always set a good example for others to follow. She had a "bright" and sunny disposition about her. She was always willing to share her sweet smile with everyone.
